CVAR Marvelous May Races at Eagles Canyon Raceway in Decatur TX. This event is always well attended in all groups but it is the Texas Small Bore Invitational and featured a great range of small bore race cars from all corners of the globe. There was a big turnout for all classes as everyone just loves this North Texas circuit. 

Sportscar Vintage Racing Association (SVRA) National Championships at Circuit of the Americas. An ever impressive turnout from all corners of the world featuring the Datsun marque for 2020. Lola's, Ford GT 40s, B Sedans, Alfa Romeo's, Formula B, Formula Ford, Formula Vee, British Small Bore, Can Am, are all on display.

CVAR fall pilgrimage to Eagles Canyon Raceway near Decatur TX. Huge turnout for almost every run group as people tried to return to normalcy after a strange year globally. Open wheel race cars were everywhere as well as the 60's and 70's era muscle cars racing in Group 1. A rare GT40 was raced to great effect on the rolling hills of ECR's 2.7 mile circuit.

Hallett Motor Racing circuit in the north eastern corner of Oklahoma is one of the finest road circuits in the country. It offers an impressive mix of corners and elevation changes on every section of the 1.8 mile circuit. This event always draws an impressive array of open wheel race cars. For closed wheel, there was nothing cooler than seeing Taylor Fudge in his 1972 BMW 3.0 CSL being chased by Chip Fudge in his 1966 Bizzarrini. Great event.

Traditional CVAR Season Opener at Motorsport Resort Houston. Good turnout for this event with a wide range of cars in all run groups. Group 1 Big Bore cars put on a good show as everyone shakes off the cold of winter. 

Corinthian Vintage Auto Racing season opener at Motor Sports Resort Houston, south of Houston in Angleton, TX. Brian Goldman Memorial race and Drivers School. CVAR kicked off its 2019 season at this racetrack as it does almost every year.

The Morgan Adams Race Against Kids Cancer is an incredible event that helps raise money for Childrens Cancer Research. CVAR teams up with the Morgan Adams Foundation every year and tries to help this worthy cause. Held at the Texas Motor Speedway on the high banking, this proves to be a real challenge when you throw in the infield road circuit. Popular event for the racers. 

VSCDA's Annual Blackhawk Vintage Classic XXVII held at Blackhawk Farms Raceway outside of Chicago. An impressive event at a stunningly beautiful racing circuit winding through the trees of an old farm. The crew from Texas descended on the Vintage Sports Car Drivers Association regulars for the Formula Vee group to make it a 45 car field. The VSCDA club is an excellent organization and they put on a first class event.

The Rise Of The Phoenix Race... Traditional vintage racing action at Houston's Motor Sports Resort with CVAR. This group has something for eveyone with Formula cars, sedans, Big Bore muscle cars and traditional european sports racing cars. Home track of the Factory Cobra's run by the Mulacek's and Prestige Motorsports.

Spring racing action is always popular at Hallett Motor Racing Circuit out west of Tulsa, Oklahoma. This race was the Formula Junior Feature Race Weekend. This is one of the best circuits in the United States for open wheel Formula car racing but it's popular with every class because of the demanding nature of the circuit.
